• "Products" means the bags and related items listed for sale on the Site.
• "Order" means a request to purchase Products submitted through the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an Order. By placing an Order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Products and Availability

• All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a Product, or refuse an Order at our discretion.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colours, dimensions, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display settings.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the Site.
• We reserve the right to cancel an Order if payment is declined, disputed, or otherwise not successfully processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch and deliver Orders within the timeframes indicated on the Site, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your Order.
• Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Food Delivery Bags.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Nothing in this section is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, if a Product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect Product, please contact us at support@fooddeliverybags.store within 7-14 days of delivery, along with your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.
• Products returned for change-of-mind reasons (where not faulty) may be accepted at our discretion, subject to the Product being unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

8. Warranties

Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where the ACL implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (to the extent permitted by law) to the repair or replacement of the Product, or the supply of an equivalent Product.
